HGV Learning offers a three-step approach to HGV training and improving career prospects in the industry. This comprehensive approach provides students with the skills and support needed to succeed in their HGV careers.
Your Welcome Package, including all necessary documents, will be sent to you by post. Your assigned course coordinator will review the documents with you to ensure accuracy. During this time, your medical appointment will also be scheduled based on your availability.
At the theory stage, we prioritise keeping you engaged in the learning process. We also regularly track your progress and provide guidance to help you reach a consistent passing level. When you feel confident, we will schedule your practical training.
We place a strong emphasis on recruitment because, as a new driver with no experience, the typical paths into employment involve low-paying agency work or zero contracted hours. However, by being trained by us, we are able to help you overcome these challenges and provide better employment opportunities.
In addition to offering recruitment advice, we also provide employability training to help our students develop the skills and attributes that employers look for.
