1. Documentation
Your Welcome Package, including all necessary documents, will be sent to you by post. Your assigned course coordinator will review the documents with you to ensure accuracy. During this time, your medical appointment will also be scheduled based on your availability.
2. Theory & Practical Tests
At the theory stage, we prioritise keeping you engaged in the learning process. We also regularly track your progress and provide guidance to help you reach a consistent passing level. When you feel confident, we will schedule your practical training.
3. Recruitment
We place a strong emphasis on recruitment because, as a new driver with no experience, the typical paths into employment involve low-paying agency work or zero contracted hours.
